Very good and calm environment for family and couples who are looking for a place in the Centre of Stockholm all the shopping. Malls are close to this place

We spent a lovely two weeks at this apartment. Everything was very clean and neat. The kitchen was bright, modern and quite big, but there was no microwave oven. The living room was nicely decorated and the sofa comfortable for watching tv on the huge screen. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed, a nice big dresser, and it even had a small walk-in closet. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side, but very modern with a heated marble floor, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The location was very convenient and walkable, within a ten minute walk to the subway station, to the coop for groceries, and to a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood at all times. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to return someday.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this apartment. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, with an open and airy feel. The location is very good, in a peaceful area of suburban Stockholm, with close vicinity to the tunnelbana (only 15 mins from the centre).
Overall I enjoyed my stay in the apartment very much. It was exceptionally quiet, and perfect for those looking for a peaceful time.
The only thing to add is that a microwave was listed on the appliances list of the advert, however there is no microwave. This has been taken off the ad now.
The apartment could also benefit from duvets which are a double size, as had to use two single duvets/sheets.

Location dans une grande maison comprenant quatre logements, très calme et bien situé pour découvrir Stockholm.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, il manque toutefois un micro-ondes, une cafetière de meilleure qualité et changer la poêle qui est complètement rayée d'usure.
L'appartement reste néanmoins très agréable à vivre.

Heel leuke appartement. Rustig en mooie buurt. Dichtebij de metro en bus. Appartement was comfortable. Misschien nog een pan zou leuk zijn geweest. Maar voor de rest, de bed was goed, de badkamer had ook alle zeep en shampoo en een goede douche. Er was ook zout, coffee en olie in de keuken. Top plek.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
