Wonderful place if you are looking to stay out of the main tourist area. We loved the apartment and location was just a 20 minute subway ride to the center. We wish there would have been more than one roll of toilet paper for 3 nights and 3 people but everything else was perfect.

We had such a beautiful experience staying at Andreas’ place in Stockholm. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood, extremely quiet. The metro is a 5 minute walk away and takes you to the center of Stockholm in 15 minutes. The Friends Arena is within walking distance.
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, very bright and extraordinarily quiet. The furnishings are functional and there is everything you need.
Andreas' information is very precise and it is truly impossible to make mistakes. But we did and at that point Andrea's help was immediate and he was really patient.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
