The flat was nicely furnished and has a very pleasant connection to the city centre of Stockholm. Andreas reacted Always very fast and the communication was clear and fast.

Un bel appartement, lumineux et fonctionnel, aménagé avec goût et sobrieté. L'environnement est calme et le quartier accessible assez facilement du centre T.Centralen. Les explications d'Andréas étaient très claires et il a été d'une grande réactivité.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans son logement et y reviendrons volontiers. Seul regret : absence de Wi-Fi, or cela est très utile pour preparer les visites et même réserver.

Andreas hat immer sehr schnell auf meine Anliegen reagiert und probiert zu helfen. Leider hat das W-Lan ab dem zweiten Tag nicht mehr funktioniert und dies bis zum schluss unseres Aufenthalts. Man wird zwar mit 4 Personen aufgenommen ist aber nicht empfehlenswert. Es gibt nur 1 Zimmer mit Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer eine schlafcouch. Badezimmer extrem klein und zu viert einfach mühsam. Sehr Ringhöriges Haus. Positiv war der Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in nur 2 minuten zu Fuss. Für Pizza und KenB Liebhaber gibts einen solche. Laden im Ersgeschoss dieses Hauses.

Hola! Soy de 🇲🇽 y fue mi primera vez en 🇸🇪 ha sido una experiencia increíble, el airbnb tuvo una localizacion muy conveniente para mi y la pase muy bien, la zona es segura y por dentro del depto te sientes como en casa o mejor. 100% recomendado!

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
