Vi var veldig fornøyd med den moderne og flotte leiligheten, gode senger og bra utstyrt. Kommunikasjon med verten fungerte helt supert og bra å kunne benytte boden i kjelleren. Vi hadde et flott opphold og kommer gjerne igjen.

This might be one of the most dissapointing host I experienced in a airbnb house. !
He was ignoring my questions, like hairdrayer to the kids, he responded 24 hours later with : i will contact my team regarding that( and still 3 day in without it,OR the other things like the dishwasher). He only had a fast response about the check-out! That was within 5 minute. That might be most frustrating part! HOW could he answer about the check-out and ignoring the rest of the conversation.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
