Tolles Appartement mit hervorragender Lage in einem lebendigen Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.
Das Bad ist klein, dafür ist die Einrichtung der Wohnung in einem tollen Zustand und entspricht den Bildern.

The location can't be beat and Olof's place was clean but it is very small, something the pictures don't show (e.g. your knees hit the wall when sitting on the toilet). The bathroom and kitchen are prohibitively small, we didn't even bother trying to prepare food during our stay. Overall. the apartment clearly lacks in attention to detail. The lighting is horrible and one (of only two) lamps didn't even work (prior reviewers also complained about this and it still wasn't addressed). He has candles but doesn't even offer a means to light them. The space wasn't very inviting, which made us prefer not to be there much, other than to sleep. It just lacks in asthetics, and appears to be a half hearted effort that is for nothing more than to turn a profit with minimal effort. For this price you can certainly find better options, I won't ever stay here again and I can't recommend it to anyone.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war gemütlich und vollkommen ausreichend für einen Urlaub mit zwei Kindern. Etwas befremdlich empfand ich die Information über ein Lärmmessgerät in der Wohnung. Da hat man sich schon ein wenig kontrolliert gefühlt, insbesondere mit zwei Kindern.
Die Umgebung war super zentral und perfekt an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Fünf Minuten von der Wohnung ist eine fantastische Bäckerei und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Die Wohnung war kleiner als gedacht. Ideal ist dies für zwei Personen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, U-Bahnstation ist schnell erreichbar. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.

Great location! We stayed together with my husband and our 5 month old baby. There were good beds and enough space for us and also all the necessities.
Unfortunately some minus points have to be said too:
- The apartment is on the ground floor but still it was very hard to get in with the baby trolley: there a lot of stairs, tresholds and doors to go through.
- The apartment was quite noisy at night time.
- The cieling lighting is very bright and there were no other lamps to be used in the living room: the floor lamp didn’t have any bulbs..
- The shower curtain is moldy.
- Communication and check-in instruction were a bit misleading and not up to date: the tag didn’t work and the name on the door was not there as we were told.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
