The place and the price are not match. It is very expenssive according to the the qualification of the house. The house not worthy to be such price. First it is in the badement, not enough beds for four peaple. The host said that the house can hold max 4 guests but it is not. Even the bedroom in not confortable to sleep in cos of heavy atmosphere, we got lack of breathing, we could not sleep. There is one small window there, the window is located in the same level with the ground. If you open it it gets to cold, if close it, you got shortage of breathing. I was like wake up at 04:00 or at 05:00 to open the window to get fresh air for about 10min then close it and sleep again. That was a bad experience. I have used airbnb many times. This was very unexpected for me place according to the picture. I could say many things but this was the most important to say about this place.

I was here a few nights for a business trip and it does what it’s suppose to :) small clean apartment that has all the amenities. It is a one floor below ground but since I was just there to sleep, I didn’t mind.

Andreas was a great host. The place is in a really nice zone. Couch wasnt the most comfortable to sleep but it was ok. A door separating the bedroom from the rest of the place would be desirable. If I ever get back to Stockholm i would stay again there. Recommended

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
