Nice apartment, conveniently located within walking distance to the ski lifts for alpine boots. The landlord uses an automated response system for messages that could be improved, as some information overlaps, making it feel a bit like interacting with a less user-friendly service chatbot.

Unfortunately, the experience of renting through Guestit did not meet expectations. With the exception of its location, the apartment did not correspond to the details listed in the advertisement. The apartment was in a notably deteriorated state with damaged walls in every room. The minimal coat rack in the hallway had fallen, leaving a large hole in the wall. A significant amount of dust had accumulated on the walls, apparently from the ventilation system installed just 50 cm above the loft bed. Right outside, there was a large construction site for new houses, accompanied by considerable noise from 7 AM to 5 PM. It was also quite challenging to communicate with a host who was not on site. Eventually, Airbnb intervened and spoke with the host, resulting in a price reduction. Based on this experience, I would advise potential guests to carefully consider this listing before renting from this host.

A cozy and appropriately sized apartment. Just a short walk to the funicular and elevators. Shops are nearby. The apartment features a Swedish sauna. The electronic lock caused a few issues, but we received a quick response from the host. A new, well-functioning drying cupboard. Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much.

Centrally located, close to shopping and lifts, but expensive and in rather poor condition. There are stains on the walls and fixtures, holes in the walls, and worn furniture. In particular, the sofa was not very inviting. The kitchen is reasonably equipped but lacks an electric kettle. Communication from the landlord is via automated messages, which include the essential information.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
