Impeccabelt vistelse, boendet är ett litet fridfullt hem i ett trevligt område där det är njutbart att promenera till fots. Busshållplatsen och båtupptaget ligger bara 3 minuters promenad bort. Olof är mycket lyhörd. Jag rekommenderar det varmt.

Allt är rent, lätt att nå med kollektivtrafik och passar bra för en veckas vistelse i Stockholm.

Olof var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på allt vi behövde. Rummet var vackert inrett och möblerat, och det ligger i ett mycket charmigt läge med många intressanta platser att upptäcka i närheten samt nära centrum. Sammantaget rekommenderar jag det varmt!

Чудове помешкання на красивій території Nacka Strand, чудове транспортне сполучення, до центру Стокгольма можна дістатись за 15 хв автобусом. І про холодильник:) його полагодили, продукти вже не замерзають)
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
