Appartement nickel correspondant à la description et aux photos.
Propre et calme.
Hôte réactif et aimable. Bonne communication.
Transport en commun à 15 minutes à pied (en marchant vite)
Loin du centre historique
Aucune animation dans le quartier qui est un quartier résidentiel, aucun resto.
Seule une supérette.
Donc pas très pratique quand on va tous les jours dans le centre et quand on y va pour des raisons touristiques.

This apartment is in a good location to visit Stockholm and the surrounding area. It is a 15 minute walk or a very short bus ride to the train station. The train is frequent and cheap at 42SEK including any bus or metro connections.
The apartment is clean, tidy and smartly presented, however it can feel a bit sparse it terms of home comforts. For example, there is relaxed seating for just four (a three seat sofa and a chair). Any more are sitting at the dinning table. The pictures represent this fairly though.
On street parking is available, but check the strict parking regulations in Sweden.

Es hat mich gestört, dass ich nach der Buchung kategorisch und nachdrücklich - trotz Nachfrage und Bitte auf Verzicht wg. unklarer Datensicherheit - aufgefordert wurde, mich durch Übersendung einer Kopie meines Ausweises zu legitimieren.
Es ist mühsam an den Schlüssel zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, zumal der Kasten, in dem der Schlüssel hängt, klemmt.
Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig; Bad und WC sind sehr klein und schlecht belüftet.
In der Unterkunft war während des 5-tägigen Aufenthaltes kein W-lan verfügbar. Auf Nachfrage wurde erklärt, dass das Netzwerk "wegen eines vorhergehenden Sturms (?!)" in Reparatur sei.
Die Küchenausstattung ist minimal.
Die Anweisung, die Betten bei Abreise abzuziehen, sollte man vielleicht unterlassen: Dann sieht der Gast nämlich nicht die mit gelben und anderen Flecken verschmutzte Matratze + Bettzeug.
Alles in allem: Lage ist gut - Wohnung groß und ansonsten sauber. Aber ich würde dort nicht nochmal wohnen wollen.

Wer kein Problem hat, etwas am Rand von Stockholm zu wohnen, für den ist das wirklich eine super Unterkunft! Sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll, Superbetten, und alles total sauber! Gerne wieder. Nur die Küche könnte noch besser ausgestattet sein.

Die Wohnung von Andreas ist toll! Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ziemlich groß, sauber und entspricht den Beschreibungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Kommunikation mit Andreas und der Check in sowie Check out waren ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
