Överlag var boendet mycket bra. Olof var snabbt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen. Området är centralt och välkommunicerat. Det enda problemet – och därför sänkte vi betyget med en stjärna – var att städningen vid ankomsten inte var helt tillfredsställande. Vi fann små förbättringsområden, såsom hår i sängen, viss kalkavlagring i badrummet med stillastående vatten, damm under sängen samt att köksredskapen inte hade rengjorts så noggrant som vi hade förväntat oss. Det märktes att det gjordes en grundläggande städning, men den var inte lika djupgående som vi hoppats på. Vi kände oss tvungna att göra en egen liten insats vid ankomsten. Under de följande dagarna erbjöds vi städning, men vi valde att avstå. Dessutom påverkade byggarbetet i fastigheten vår möjlighet att vila, då borrning började redan klockan 07 och våghalsiga fordon rörde sig genom korridoren fram till 16. Om man söker en lugn plats att vila på kan detta vara en nackdel. Trots dessa punkter var vistelsen trevlig och vi ser goda möjligheter för förbättringar med målet att nå 5 stjärnor.

Pris och kvalitet i perfekt balans för en aktiv semester – ingen tid för långa sömnar i detta boende.Positivt: Den snabba och vänliga kommunikationen, lokalens fläckfria renlighet och det utmärkta läget.Negativt: Att hela byggnaden är under renovering kan kännas lite störande.

Hem borta från hemmetPositivt: Kände mig direkt som hemma i Stockholm. Området är mycket centralt och praktiskt placerat nära de flesta platser jag ville besöka. En mycket trygg plats där man kan sova djupt genom natten, och personalen gjorde verkligen en extra insats för att möta mina förväntningar. Duntäcke, kuddar, handdukar och kök var fullt utrustat.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
