Perfect location for our stay. Tram, train, metro is nearby. Lidl next door, ICA Supermarket is on the corner.
Our host was reachable, when we had a small issue with electricity.

The location was very convenient and it was easy to access everywhere by metro. Only problem for me was that the sofa in the livingroom wasn't really comfortable for sleeping, but we only stayed for 3 days so I didn't mind. Other than that, it provides everything that's been offered.

Spent 5 days with mother and partner so 3 people total. The place is advertised to sleep 4 which technically it can but may not be suitable for 4 adults. Place was neat and tidy, a little smaller than I had expected but had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. We were able to cook, and the apartment is centrally located. Could benefit from a long length mirror and a TV perhaps, otherwise, we can't complain. Decent, central apartment with basic essentials. Host was responsive and provided clear instructions. The studio is clean, train, tram, bus stop nearby. Flygbussarna stop is right in front of the building and you can have direct airport transportation to and from airport

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
