Die Unterkunft ist wirklich zu enpfehlen . Alles wie beschrieben. tolle Kommunikation . Das eintige was ich zu bemängeln habe , such wenn es meine Schuld war die check in Zeiten zu lesen waren die hohen kosten für einen early check in . 40 Euro finde ich nicht angemessen und ich hätte mir hier ein Entgegenkommen gewünscht

The place was smaller than seemed in photos. There were noticeable red and orange stains on the couch and the carpet as well as the towels. Even though we paid a hefty 45€ cleaning fee we were obliged under the threat of a fine to do the dishes, take out the trash and hoard all the linen at one place. The kitchen was furnished poorly however the key missing thing was salt or other condiments. Overall, its not the worst for the price however the experience could have been improved significantly with a few small changes.

Μειναμε στο συγκερκιμενο καταλυμα για 2 νυχτες . Η τοποθεσια ηταν ιδανικη , αλλά το διαμερισμα οχι. Αρχικα ,ειχαμε 3 διαφορετικους κωδικους , ακομα και για το ανσασερ! Επισης ο ιδιοκτητης επικοινωνουσε με εμας υπερβολικα πολυ για διαστημα δυο ημερων ! Το χειροτερο απο ολα ηταν οτι το bedframe ηταν λυγισμενο , με αποτελεσμα να μην κοιμηθουμε καλά. Δεν θα ξαναπροτιμουσα το καταλυμα.

It was a clean room, what was expected. But was not possible to cook and the bed was a bit too small for 2 persons. Still, we enjoyed the stay and the communication was very friendly.

Olof’s place was just as seen in the pictures; very nice clean and easily accessible. We were able to find everything we needed in the place. Everything was very cozy and comfortable. Great place to explore Stockholm.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
