Geräumiges Appartment für den Aufenthalt in Stockholm bei gutem Wetter; guter Ausgangspunkt für Gäste, die gerne laufen um ins Zentrum zu kommen - was jedoch nicht zwingend ist, da im Stadtteil superschöne und interessante Restaurants und Bars sind oder der Bus nur 1 min vom Haus entfernt hält.
Derzeit wird im Haus umgebaut, was durchaus frühe Geräuschentwicklung bedeuten kann - bei gutem Wetter jedoch ein hervorragender Wecker um den Tag und die Stadt nicht zu verpassen.
Die Kommunikation mit Olof war weltklasse, alles notwendig wurde vorab mitgeteilt so dass wir völlig unabhängig agieren konnten.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und toll zum wohnen. Die Lage war auch gut ,eher ruhig aber man war in ca 15min mit dem Bus überall in der Innenstadt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt was von großem Vorteil ist. Von Außen ist das Gebäude leider nicht sehr schön und eher wie eine Klinik aufgebaut. Die Flure sind dementsprechend auch so, wenn man dann jedoch in die Wohnung kommt ist es sehr schön.

Le logement est bien placé dans Stockholm et assez bien dans l'ensemble. Le seul problème est le bruit insupportable.
L'annonce prévenait qu'il pouvait y avoir des travaux à proximité. En réalité il y a un gigantesque chantier juste sous les fenêtres. Le bruit des marteaux-piqueurs commence à 7h00 le matin, il est impossible d'utiliser le balcon et les fenêtres doivent être fermées.
Je déconseille donc de louer ce logement durant la durée du chantier (plusieurs mois encore).

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
