Problematisk med bokning och inchekning pga att det var företaget som bokade boende och skulle även betala för det. Systemet verkar inte ta hänsyn till att andra än boende kan boka och betala. Det blir omständligt då både betalare och gästen måste logga in i bokningen. Vet inte om detta är något nytt i Airbnb eller om det är hyresvärden som har sånt system.
Hyresgästen bodde där i två omgångar direkt efter varandra. Första gången var det inget problem. Andra gången så blev det problem med att komma in då systemet inte uppfattade att vi hade lagt in alla uppgifter men vi fick ingen "nyckel". Tog lång tid att få kontakt med hyresvärden, 2,5 timmar totalt innan gästen kunde komma in. Vi fick hjälp av Airbnb
Nackdel att det inte fanns bra parkeringar nära som inte kostade något. Bara 3 timmars parkering.

The place was worth the price. Even though it might seem far from the city center, the public transport connections made it easy to get there.

Stayed and worked here for a week while visiting Stockholm.
Really convenient place to work from with decent chair and desk and nice common space.
The area is pretty residential so not lots of amenities and restaurant directly near the housing, but still you can find somes at walkable distance.
Commuting to the city takes around 35 min

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
