The accommodation was well located (close to the subway), the kitchen was well equipped, and the apartment size was comfortable for us as a family. The only small downside was the unpleasant odor coming from the sink.

Elías was a very good host. He always answered any questions we had, provided various tips for getting from the airport, and, above all, provided excellent check-in and check-out instructions. I would definitely stay at this place again ☺️

The location was very nice and quiet, not far from the metro. About a 10 minutes walk. The apartment was exactly like in the pictures, large bedrooms but the bathroom was very tiny. Only one WC and one shower. The bathroom didn't have any windows or a good ventilation system and when we arrived it was a bit smelly. The kitchen had many cabinets but the table was too small to fit 6 people. While eating one chair broke down and one of us fell on the floor. The host didn't change it right away so that was inconvenient for us.

Nice place, but the rules were a bit too excessive in my opinion. Everything had a fee attached to it. Didn't wash the dishes? Fee. Didn't take out the trash? Fee. Also no television, stereo or any kind of entertainment in the apartment. Kind of felt like an empty hotel room.
House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
