We enjoyed a great stay. The property had easy access to the transport system which was great for getting into the centre quickly. The apartment was as the photos show in the advert. Beds very comfy.
Only issue we had was the smelly drains in the shower room which we reported when we arrived but persisted on and off for our stay. Seems to be a known issue as other guests have reported it.

Tolle Lage! Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel für verschiedene Unternehmungen in Stockholm. Stilvolle Einrichtung und sehr neuwertige und bequeme Betten! Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

This lovely apartment was ideal for two of us not can sleep up to 6 people . It would have been nice to have a tv but our trip was visiting family so it did not matter too much .The place was very clean and well resourced.

Je recommande cet appartement car il est très bien situé par rapport au centre-ville de Stockholm (20mn). Appartement situé dans un quartier calme proche du métro, il est très fonctionnel (toutefois un four micro-ondes serait un plus) et conforme aux photos.
Elias est très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions, c’est très agréable merci encore.

Nice space, clean with nice view , but a bit further out from things than we’d anticipated.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
