Likt tidigare recensioner vill vi utlysa varning kring denna värd. Värden påstås heta Kim och kunna svenska, men all kommunikation är uppenbart direktöversatt och via telefon ringer de från ett kundtjänstcenter. Efter man betalat bokning informeras man om att en ljudmätare installerats, som automatiskt tillkallar vaktbolag på gästens bekostnad. Därtill ringer värden upp och varnar för sådan kostnad baserat på anklagelser om att grannar klagat. Detta verkar gå i linje med tidigare gästers upplevelse av falska hot. Dessutom ger värden falsk information kring boendet, ex att närmsta lift är 200m, när den i själva verket är 1km bort. Sammantagna upplevelsen är att boendet är fint, men värden kom med mycket klagomål.

The place was very nice clean and modern. Only problem was with the host. They threatened to cancel the reservation due to questions about the where the cameras and desibel monitor where placed. This happend on the day of arrival. This was totalt unacceptable, their reasoning was that I was asking to many questions about the house rules.
Is says that is host 10 but since they have a desibel monitor in the kitchen it is impossible to not trigger it when you are making dinner. We where called multiple times when we made dinner and eating that we there where noise complaints from the neighbors. When we asked the neighbors they said that they never sent a complaint. Which means they lied. We never got to speak with the property owners only some customer service guy who threatened with fines up to 5000 sek if we did not keep the noise down. Would like to add that the neighbors did not notice anything. It's a really nice place with bad owners.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
