Bra läge i en trendig del av Stockholm – massor av trevliga restauranger i närheten samtidigt som det är lugnt och fridfullt. Rummet var rymligt, rent och hade allt vi behövde. Supervänlig och hjälpsam värd.

Området är bra för att ta sig med kollektivtrafiken till centrum. Rummet är trevligt, men jag upplevde att det saknades omsorg om detaljerna och inredningen kändes ganska kall och opersonlig. Det som var mest obekvämt var incheckningen vid 16:00 – jag har svårt att se behovet med tanke på att utcheckningen sker vid 10:00. Det verkar inte rimligt att sex timmar skulle krävas för att städa ett rum, och alla önskemål om tidigare incheckning eller senare utcheckning medför en extra kostnad. Det känns som att tiderna har satts med flit för att belasta gästen med extra avgifter.Sammantaget är det en lägenhet med en praktisk och effektiv förvaltning, men den skulle vinna på att visa mer omtanke och personligt intresse för gästen.

Det var precis som beskrivet, en bra studio-lägenhet i ett vackert och promenadvänligt område, och värden var mycket tillmötesgående, vänlig och hjälpsam.Det fanns en konstig lukt mellan badrummet och lägenhetsdörren som inte ville försvinna.Personligen tyckte jag att soffan var bekvämare att sova på än sängen, men kanske är det bara jag.Vi hade ett litet problem den första dagen, men när jag pratade med värden svarade han snabbt och fick ordning på det.Det var två tillfällen då brandlarmet gick i hela byggnaden vilket skrämde några gäster, oss med blandade, men när jag tittade mig omkring verkade det inte finnas någon verklig nödsituation, så vi väntade bara ut det; det första larmet var väldigt kort, ett par minuter, men det andra pågick i kanske 40 minuter och det var redan sent på dagen. Jag kan inte avgöra om det var ett fel eller bara ett försiktighetsåtgärdslarmsystem😅.Överlag är det en helt okej vistelse eftersom inget var fel och servicen var mycket bra, du får precis vad som lovades.

Inte riktigt det rum som visades på bilderna. Det fanns ingen ugn och köket var öppet mot vardagsrummet. Trots det var lägenheten mycket trevlig.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i denna lägenhet. Den var ren, rymlig och välutrustad, med ett bekvämt läge.Lägenheten motsvarade inte bilderna helt, men den var ändå mycket trevlig. Den enda nackdelen var det högljudda byggbullret ovanför oss. Som en positiv detalj svarade värden snabbt när vi hade problem med låset. Bara ett litet tips – det finns flera accesskoder för att komma in i byggnaden och lägenheten.Sammanfattningsvis, en riktigt bra vistelse!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
