Nice apartment with a lot of space and in a nice neighborhood. It was a really nice stay and the host was quick to answer any questions.
It is not very easy to enter the apartment as you need to dial three codes, one for the entrance door, one for the elevator and one for the apartment. As my phone battery was low one day I was afraid not to get in. So keep your battery high

Everything was clean and tidy, spaceous bathroom and grocery shop was just around the corner. Can't complain really. 11am check-out and 3pm check in is something worth considering when you arrive either very early or departure very late.

Se trata de una empresa que gestiona múltiples apartamentos. Trato impersonal pero efectivo. El contacto con ellos es a través de mensajes, si hay alguna urgencia o necesitas hablar con alguien, es imposible, no hay número de teléfono.
El apartamento es espacioso, fotos demasiado profesionales, cocina algo vieja, campana extractora muy sucia y los utensilios de muy baja calidad. Camas cómodas.
Por el contrario, la ubicación es muy buena, una zona tranquila con una gran parque al lado. Buena comunicación con transporte público.
Actualmente están construyendo una parada de metro justo al lado del edificio y las excavadoras comienzan a trabajar muy temprano (7.30h), lo que puede generar ruido molesto al despertarse.

Tutto è andato bene, buon rapporto qualità prezzo in quella zona. L’unico problema sono stati i lavori di fronte al palazzo, che facevano moltissimo rumore dalle 7 del mattino, ma quello non è certamente colpa dell’ host

Functional and spacious. More utilitarian than cozy. Was a bit awkward to find and get into and out of the place, but the neighborhood is quiet and just next door to a fabulous Lebanese restaurant! Host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
