The place that we stayed is very nice, the pictures from the apartment are the same. Andres is very attentive and responds quickly to messages. The apartment is very close to the centre and the bus stop. Recommend

Wir waren etwas überrascht, als die Unterkunft doch sehr wenig Lichtdurchflutet war. Es war eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit drei direkt zugänglichen Fenstern von außen.
Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Tierchen sind jedoch über die Bettwäsche gelaufen.

Andreas’ place was perfect for my niece and me while we visited family in the area. The apartment is very clean and efficient. We love the neighborhood and spent our mornings in nearby Luxparken and cafe Pesso. (My niece even went paddle boarding from Luxparken.) The summertime ferry to Old Town is super convenient or you can take the 1 bus to town.
As others have noted, the apartment is next to the highway and the surroundings are not like the photos in the listing. However, it’s a five-minute walk to shops, the park, etc. The Josefina road stops just before the apartment and you have to walk about 50 feet to the door. Very confusing at first.

Helt ok ställe men varken TV eller WiFi fungerade, sängen/soffan är extremt obekvämt.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds. - Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00 - Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed. - Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful After your stay: - Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc - Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor - Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
