Nous sommes restés une semaine dans ce logement et pour commencer par un avis global, je dirai que c'est un bon raport qualité/prix et que je recommande ce dernier. Maintenant pour donner plus de détails, en points positifs je dirai que le logement est assez bien situé, il y a un arrêt de bus à 50 mètres du logement et celui-ci vous amène en environ 15/20 minutes dans Gamla Stan, le plein centre de Stockholm. Il y a 2 chambres + un canapé convertible dans le salon ce qui permet de loger jusqu'à 6 personnes. Maintenant, en point négatifs, 2-3 choses me viennent en tête. Premièrement et à 2 reprises, il y a eu des travaux bruyants dans un apppartement proche du notre aux alentours des 7h30 du matin qui nous ont réveillés, ce qui n'est pas normal. Deuxièmement, l'hôte est assez compliqué à joindre et la plupart de ses messages sont automatiques et donc manque de naturel et de réponses concrètes, c'est dommage. Et une dernière petite chose, je vous souhaite bonne chance avec l'ascenseur.

Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation erfolgte rein schriftlich und war professionel. Leider funktionierte der Zugang (Codeschloss) nicht und wir mussten warten, dass jemand kam. Die Wohnung war deshalb nach den letzten Gästen nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten nochmal warten, bis die Reinigung erfolgt ist. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ähnlich wie auf den Fotos.

The lock was broken upon arrival and we were locked out for close to an hour. The host was very slow to respond and answered with generic questions and replies instead of calling us right away when we said it was an emergency. The phone number on the listing does not work. We asked for him to call us several times and provided our number stating it was an emergency, which he ignored repeatedly. The locksmith came the next day, however we lost half the day waiting around because the host didn’t provide an ETA. They only gave us a one night refund in exchange for the inconvenience. Expect a very transactional stay in a former medical apartment with a bathroom door that gets jammed easily and a poor piping system that causes the kitchen sink area to smell like trash. If you’re looking for purely functional lodging off the downtown area and are ok with poor communication when you encounter problems, this would be the place.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. I might ask for additional identification and information upon booking
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
