We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the nice apartment. The location is in a very peaceful and family-friendly area of Stockholm, yet within walking distance to the shopping center and restaurants at Karlaplan, and just two subway stops from downtown. For those who enjoy nature, there are big nature and park areas with great walking/running/bike trails within five minutes walk from the apartment.

Overall, it was a good stay.
Some thought went into planning the layout and utilizing limited space. The apartment is not cluttered; most of the furniture is not bulky and fits the apartment. The location and neighborhood are perfect. There's a large park nearby that goes to Djurgården. In about 12 minute walk or one station by bus number 57, there's a mall Fältöversten with two huge supermarkets: Hemköp Sabis Fältöversten and ICA Supermarket Fältöversten.
The apartment is about 25 sqm with the main room being about 15 sqm. The twin bed is nice and big, but the sofa could be better. There were two of us and we felt cramped already. We had two big luggage and there was no place to place them open without being in the way. I don't think more than 2 people can comfortably stay here. Some of the dishes and cups were dirty.

This listing was right off of the metro line which made it very easy to travel and use public transportation. It was in a quiet location, a bit far from the city center. The biggest downside is that during our stay we were out of WiFi for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Maintenance had to come out and fix it, which wasn’t much of an inconvenience except that we all had limited data plans and we heavily relied on WiFi. I am aware this is unlikely to happen to other guests, but it doesn’t hurt to note. Everything else was great though, check-in was easy, having codes instead of keys and locks was very convenient and meant you could check-in late (which we had to do due to our train being late). It is a studio apartment which we were aware of going into it, but for 4 people it feels very crowded if you have anything more than 1 backpack each. It feels like an ideal space for 2 if you have a lot of luggage with you. Overall, very clean and a good place to stay!

Overall, it's worthy the value.
Despite of no wifi, we had a short trip so that wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen is equipped well, and we had lovely dinner at home.
We appreciate Fredrik's constant responses and his sympathy on that we forgot to organize the linens and towels as communicated.

The apartment is nice and like in the description, small for 4 people but acceptable for that price. The location suited us perfectly, and the bus stop right next to the apartment makes it easy to reach the centre. Kitchen appliances a bit disappointing (limited pots, knives, missing plate for 4th person) especially that the possibility of cooking is often what makes people choose AirBnb over hotels. The bathroom was not the cleanest (with some mold) and the sofabed quite uncomfortable unfortunately. After all it’s good for the money, but with little effort can be even better

Fredrik is a very nice host always helpful to answer any questions, very quiet and nice location, I will stay again if we comeback to Stockholm

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
