Perfekt liten lägenhet för en vistelse på 2 personer över en helg. Nära till vandringsleder och Åre torg. Bra utrustat med nödvändigheter som sängkläder, handdukar och köksredskap.

Bra boende och enkelt att ta sig ner till byn. Gångbron över till tottliften gör att skidåkningen blir väldigt smidig!

The reviews describe the apartment well, we would definitely stay again. Great lift access and close to town, apartment has everything you need.
A few notes: The key pick-up was described as in the parking lot but it was attached to the building. Some reviews say there are no knives in the kitchen, but there is a drawer full of them. It is a bit odd, in the top drawer you press a white panel and an almost "hidden" drawer full of other kitchen utensils pops open. I would recommend bringing a sheet for a double bed, the one we had was not a fitted sheet and was barely big enough, so during the night it came off. Bathroom floor could perhaps be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, but this is really nitpicking.
Late check-out was available for a fee.

House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
- Neighbors are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
After your stay:
- Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
- Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
- Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
