Cozy and comfortable property with everything you need for short or longer stay, all city center attraction are in walkable distance, close to the metro and train stations. Friendly and responsive host, flexible and easy self check-in and check-out.

A great location in a fantastic area of Stockholm, great food nearby, easy to connect to the rest of the city.
Would be a 5/5 across the board apart from undisclosed building work outside currently. They were respectful with night/morning work, but was a little loud during the day. I’m sure it won’t last long, so shouldn’t put anyone off!

Leider hat uns Andreas nicht darüber informiert, dass vor der Wohnung (schon seit mehreren Tagen) eine Baustelle ist. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, das heißt der Lärm des Baggers war wirklich direkt neben unserem Schlafzimmer, von 7am bis 7pm. Wir konnten die ansonsten sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in guter Lage daher nicht genießen. Ein Hinweis wäre angebracht gewesen!

This was a beautiful Airbnb to stay in ! The bed was very comfortable. The place was nice and simple but I felt very much at home. The bathroom was so clean and shower felt great. I would recommend staying here. The area surrounding down the blocks has a lot of restaurants and small shops. Thank you.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
