Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Stockholm verbracht.
Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, der Wohn-/Essbereich ist relativ groß. Es gibt zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Leider ist in einem der Schlafzimmer ein sehr kleines Bett, welches nur für eine Person gedacht ist.
Die Küche- bzw. Ausstattung ist funktional, der Kühl-/Gefrierschrank sehr groß. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gekocht, lediglich Snacks zubereitet, daher hat uns auch an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt zwei Balkone, der Kaffee am Morgen kann mit Morgensonne genossen werden.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber funktional. Die Türklinke muss dringend repariert werden und es fehlt an einem großen Spiegel und eine bessere Beleuchtung im Bad.
Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Schlafgelegenheiten für 3 Personen ausgelegt sind, war es rundum eine perfekte Unterkunft.

We had a great stay at the property. The home is a little small for 4 adults though, it's perfect for 3 in my opinion..
We had a situation on the last evening where the bathroom got locked and Elias was kind enough to help us in the late hours. Extremely supportive.

Alojamiento limpio y bien conservado. Un poco justo de menaje de cocina. Barrio agradable y tranquilo. Muy buena comunicacion con el centro por metro y autobús. Parques infantiles y bonitos prasos por lo alredodores. También cetro comercial a 5min en metro. Ideal para ir en familia y para mayores.

The apartment was very very clean and well located. That was great . However, it was not for 4 adults . One bed was very small so one of us had to sleep on the sofa . It should be advertised for families of 2 adults and 2 children not for 4 adults. We would have welcomed more equipment in the kitchen like a kettle , and some more kitchen tools.

Vi behøvede en lejlighed med to soverum og med kort afstand til offentlig transport - det opfyldte denne lejlighed. Der er både bus og metro tæt på. Med metroen er man hurtigt i centrum af Stockholm - perfekt! Mens vi boede der, oplevede vi opgangen som stille.
Lejligheden var rengjort, da vi tjekkede ind, men den hygge, som fremgår af billederne var der ikke helt. Den ene persienne i stuen var helt ødelagt, så man kunne ikke lukke for indkig om aftenen. Lampen i loftet manglede pærer. Lejligheden har et sparsomt køkken, hvor der er mulighed for at lave lidt mad. Desværre var fx knive og sakse så slidte, at de var tæt på ubrugelige. Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke, så man skulle vaske op i hånden - det tager ingen skade af, men man kunne ikke lukke afløbet i vasken, så vandet skulle bare løbe, mens man vaskede op. Lyset på badeværelset er meget sparsomt, da lyset i spejlet ikke fungerer. Lejlighed med småfejl, som bliver til irritation over tid. Vi boede der fra søndag til fredag.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
