Cet appartement est très joli, bien équipé avec une vue magnifique. Elias est très réactif et disponible. L'emplacement est très proche du métro et de supérettes à proximité. Vous avez également un espace aménagé pour vous baigner juste en bas de l'appartement. Je conseille +++

le type de services proposé par Elias est typiquement un service d'appartement hôtel : service impeccable, réactivité parfaite et toujours des échanges cordiaux. De plus la proximité avec le métro Kristineberg met le centre ville à 15 minutes de l'appartement, c'est parfait. Un peu étonnée par l'autoroute qui passe sur le pont à proximité. Mais Stockholm est constituée de nombreuses îles et il y a donc bcp de ponts, inévitables c'est aussi ce qui rend le centre ville aussi aisément accessible.
la proximité du lac est appréciable aussi.

Tolle Unterkunft und super Gastgeber. Alles lief sehr strukturiert und klar beschrieben ab wie man in die Wohnung kommt. Wohnung ist blitzsauber und perfekt für zwei Personen. Zu dritt mit Koffern wird es eng aber passt auch sehr gut. Lahr ist der Hammer - ruhig gelegrn und man ist doch schnell in der Stadt. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
