The house was generally clean, but on our check-out day I saw that the pillows were stained and this bothered me. The house was as in the photos. The surroundings of the house were quite nice and there were nice restaurants. However, the parquet floors in the house were extremely squeaky. This is not because the house is old, but because the parquet floors need maintenance. I have stayed in very old houses before, but none of them were this squeaky. Whenever one of us went to the toilet, everyone woke up from their sleep. It is absurd to get instructions about cleaning when you leave the house. It doesn't make sense to pay for cleaning and then tidy up the house when you leave. There was only a small squeegee in the bathroom. This made cleaning the bathroom difficult.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Man kommt überall hin mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet ist architektonisch beeindruckend. Die Wohnung mit dem Parkett und Stuckdecken ist sehr schön. Da der Standard des Bads bekannt ist, kann man dafür keinen Punkt abziehen, auch dass es keinen TV gibt, sieht man hoffentlich vorher in der Beschreibung. Wir haben es gesehen und hätten es dennoch schön gefunden, abends mal Netflix schauen zu können. Da es aber ausstattungsgemäß war, natürlich kein Punktabzug.
In der Küche konnten wir gut kochen, alles Notwendige war da, vielleicht wäre eine Auflaufform noch ganz praktisch… insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung.

The location of Olof's flat is very good for a stay in Stockholm. Public transportation is close by. The neighbourhood is very nice.
The flat itself is roomy and has lots of light. The bed & sofa are comfortable.
What is a backdraw is the bathroom. It is a throwback to the sixties. Very small and has no mirror.
Otherwise everything was fine.

very nice apartment in a really nice part of Stockholm. A lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood and easy parking if you come by car. Only small minus point is the dated bathroom that does not match the quality of the rest of the apartment.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
