I am very unsure if "Olof" is a human being. I think he is an artificial intelligence malfunctioning. His messages were very long and honestly extremely boring. "He" called me at six in morning from an abroad phone number. He claimed there was some sort of device that had been disconnected and that there were security gaurds called in because of this. I couldn't find any device of any sort in the apartment that resembled what he was mentioning. When I tried to write him back I received an answer from another person (Tim?) telling me that the problem was ressolved. The host tried charging me extra for every request I had. The living room had a framed non ironical Live, laugh, love poster. Apartment could have been cool but these guys turned it in to Black Mirror. Shower and shower curtain was completely fucked up. Great ceiling height.

Olof's place was super to stay at for it's location and easy to find. The apartment was just like the photos and it was comfortable. We really loved the big windows and high ceilings. The apartment had everything we needed and Olof was super responsive.

The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has high ceiling and lots of lamps that create cozy atmosphere. It has everything you need for a nice stay for two people or two couples. It was a bit cold in the apartment, but we could use the electric heater, so it was fine. The kitchen has all the equipment, even a toaster and a coffee maker. You can read in the comments that the floor is squeaky and the bathroom is outdated, but honestly it did not bother us at all. We had an issue with locking the apartment and could not quickly get in touch with the host, so I'd advise to figure out how to lock it from outside as soon as you come, so that it's not a surprise when you got to leave.

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
