Nice house with so convenient location,it’s easy to go city center and enjoy a wonderful living there,restaurants,markets and bus/metro stations all close,it’s a good choice and I will back when I come in Stockholm again.

Die positiven Schilderungen der anderen Gäste können wir nur zustimmen, aber eine Abdichtung zwischen Badewanne und Wand sowie ein neuer Duschvorhang wäre dringend.

L'appartamento di Andreas è bellissimo come appare nelle foto, spazioso, piacevole da abitare, completo di tutto ciò che serve e anche qualche optional in più che rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno.
È a 100 m dalla stazione della metro e dei treni e si può raggiungere la stazione metro T-Centralen e quella centrale dei treni in un paio di fermate.
Andreas è stato un host molto gentile, preciso nelle indicazioni e molto sollecito nelle risposte.
Consiglierò il suo appartamento ai miei amici che vogliono andare a visitare Stoccolma e i dintorni.

Hote au top! l'appartement est très propre et au pied des transports (métro, bus et tramway). Très bien situé et parfait pour visiter Stockholm.

The apartment has a very good location for a one week Stockholm visit, you can reach the metro and other public transports just before the house. More shops and restaurants are also really near. The kitchen has basic equipment, so you can prepare food also. The aparment was absotulety clean, you will like the beds if you prefer soft ones.

Andreas sent very detailed instructions but because we arrived late in the day with very tired children we made a bit of a mess of finding the right door to the apartments at first. Once inside, we tried several lockboxes before finding the right one - again, I think the instructions were clear enough but we weren't very good at following them.
The flat was nice, with the necessary amenities, and we made ourselves comfortably at home. Andreas was very good at communicating if we had any questions and we felt he cared about giving us the best experience.
We found several local shops and cafes useful - Princess Konditoriet serves very good decaf coffee, has lovely staff, and Burgers & Beer (we didn't have beer) was perfect for us with kids and had really lovely owner. About 15 mins walk.
Best of all was the multitude of transport options to get all over Stockholm, chiefly Metro (T) and tram. I recommend you learn all the tunnels under the railway station for easier walking.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
