Vi var två vuxna som bodde i lägenheten i 3 nätter. Fin, enkel og ren lägenhet som ligger i ett lugnt område ca 4 minuters gångavstånd från Gärdet t-banestation. Vi kunde sova med öppet fönster utan att bli väckt av trafik etc.
Sängen och sovsoffan var sköna att sova i (soffan lite hårdare än sängen). Köket innehöll det du behöver till enklare matlagning/frukost. Fin utgångspunkt när du skall upptäcka Stockholm och behöver ett lugnt sälle att koppla av på under kvällen/natten.

Enjoyable weekend stay at Fredrik’s place!
Super easy to get to from T Centralen, and also a nice walk into the center. The flat was well equipped, and I slept better on the sofa bed than expected! Also appreciated the responsive/detailed communication from the host and helpful tips about getting to/from airport.
We were a group of 3 staying for 2 nights and overall found the flat comfortable for that duration, though much longer it would probably have felt cramped; it works for 3 people but is a bit of a squeeze.

Being a couple of tube stops out of the centre which took ten minutes made this much better value than the city cente offerings.
There is a grocery store around the corner for food, and you can take the tube a stop out of town and do a commuter water bus into town which is lovely and much cheaper. than the guided tours.

Great apartment with everything one could need for short visit to Stockholm. Quiet neighborhood and can easily walk or take public transportation located <5 min from Apartmemt. Would love to come back again. Thank you for the clear instructions and prompt response.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. I might ask for additional identification and information upon booking
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
