Overall a great apartment, very spacious. The shower didn’t drain well so the floor was constantly wet.

Accommodation close to amenities (restaurants, shops) The metro is an 8-minute walk away and quickly takes you to downtown Stockholm It is also possible to reach the accommodation near the airport by the Flygbussarna bus The lodging is true to its description and the host is responsive We recommend it.

The house is located in a quiet area of Stockholm and is well served by public transportation. The home is spacious and very bright. The host is always available to respond to our requests. The only drawback is that the shower tends to flood. Overall, an excellent apartment. Thank you, Olof!

The apartment is located near the S- and U-Bahn. It was simply furnished, cozy, and spacious. The only downside was the unpleasant-smelling bathroom. I used an air freshener, but it did not help much.Olaf was very easy to reach and communicative. He provided me with all the necessary information I needed. However, when it came to additional requests, he was not very flexible.Overall, I liked the accommodation.

The unit is about 5-10 mins walk to the nearest metro. However the neighbourhood is safe and quiet which you’ll feel at home

HOUSE RULES
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately €300 that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.
