Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer tollen Umgebung und ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Olof war schnell und unkompliziert.
Zwei kleine Minuspunkte:
- wir waren zu 4. in der Unterkunft. Dementsprechend nutzten wir die Schlafcouch. Diese ist für zwei erwachsene Personen doch etwas klein (ca. 120cm breit).
- das Wasser im Bad fließt leider nach dem Duschen überhaupt nicht ab.
Ich kann die Wohnung dennoch sehr weiterempfehlen :)

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage für 4 Personen.
Nicht gut war die Bürokratie beim anmelden, in der Küche wäre etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck gut gewesen und der Abfluss in der Dusche funktioniert nicht, so dass das Bad immer unter Wasser stand.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Olof. L’appartement est idéalement situé à proximité du métro, de boulangeries, supermarchés, restaurants et dans un quartier très agréable.
L’appartement est beau, propre, grand, idéal pour 4 personnes : le salon se transforme facilement en chambre et il reste la cuisine et l’entrée pour vivre et circuler.
Il est bien équipé pour cuisiner, la literie est confortable. il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer quelques jours.
Merci à Olof pour ses instructions claires pour l’arrivée et le départ.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
