Fin lgh, dock väldigt kallt inomhus, kallare än 19 grader. Fick låna extra filtar av vänner för att inte frysa när man sov.
Väldigt opraktiskt med endast 1 nyckel då det ej går att ta sig in i porten utan nyckeln.
Köket saknade en del utrustning för att laga mat, t ex visp, skålar, ugnsform.
Lugnt område och ren lägenhet.

We were only in Stockholm for a couple of days but really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a really good size for a family of 4 (two teenage children) and was very well equipped. Elias warned us that it was the cold season and that we should wear extra layers in the apartment - however, we found the apartment to be toasty warm and so were mainly in T-shirts indoors.
We really liked the location - great views from the building over the water. On the first day we walked into the centre of the city (over the pedestrian bridge nearby) which was really nice. I guess it took around 20-30 mins depending on how many times you stop to take photos. On the way back we took the metro which was maybe a 5-6 minute walk once Google Maps sorted itself out with the correct directions! So although you're a bit "out of town" it is really easy to get into the places that we wanted to visit.
If / when we return to Stockholm, we will definitely check to see whether this apartment is available.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
