Thank you Andreas! Our stay at your place was wonderful. The area was really peaceful and stunning by the sea. People swim there so bring your swimming costume if you fancy an early fresh swim! There's plenty of space to walk or run around as well as some cute cafés and restaurants. A convenient store 5min away. We specially enjoyed the little heated patio. A very spacious and comfortable flat. We just wished there was a table cloth or some table mats at least as we were worried to stain the brand new wooden dining table. As well as more coat hangers. Basically just a bit more practical stuff... :)

Andrea’s place is wonderful. It is in a quiet building by the river and easy walk from public transportation, restaurants and grocery. The accommodation matched the description and Andrea was a responsive and kind host. I highly recommend making this your home away from home while in Stockholm!

The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and tidy. The kitchen is minimally equipped but this is OK if you eat out a lot. The host is very responsive but this didn't help with one issue we detected upon arrival with the sink; during our one week stay it was never fixed neither attempted to be fixed.

House rules
*Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.*
*-Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00*
*-Neighbours are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.*
*-Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful **( this text only applies if there is physical keys )***
*After your stay:*
*-Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc*
*-Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor*
*-Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment*
*Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.*
