Apartment is at actually heart of the old town. Inside the apartment also very nice and cosy. If you want to spend your time in the old town or closest places, I recommend you to stay here.

Wir hatten eine super schöne und entspannte Woche, mitten in der Altstadt. Frühstücken und Essen gehen problemlos möglich in Gehdistanz. Der perfekte Stadturlaub für die ganze Familie!

The apartment is located on the famous island Gamala Stan in central Stockholm. It makes people so easy to travel and see nice places in walking distance.
The apartment busking is historical but renovated for comfortable stay. Olof is also a very nice host who answer my questions quickly and provide kind help.

Majoittaja oli erittäin mukava ja vastasi todella nopeasti, oli valmis auttamaan.
Sijainti oli todella hyvä, tosin vanhankaupungin ehkä vilkkaimmalla kadulla joten ääntä oli jonkun verran illalla/yöllä. Mutta muuten asunto oli kyllä todella hyvä. Kaunis miljöö ja siisti asunto!
Kirjautumisen kanssa oli ongelmia sillä meillä oli väärät tiedot check-inin ja check-outin aikojen kanssa sillä ne olivat muuttuneen varauksen teon jälkeen. Tämä vähän sotki meidän aikatauluja.
Mutta voin kuitenkin suositella kohdetta ja majoittajaa. Talo oli rauhallinen pois lukien kadulta tulevat äänet.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town, with easy access to historical sites, cozy cafes, and delightful shops.
The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Stockholm.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
