Rent och trevligt inredd lägenhet. Köket och badrummets utrustning var utmärkta. Lägenheten är precis lagom för två, även om 120 cm-sängen är något liten. Metrostationen vid Gärdet ligger precis intill. Det enda negativa var lägenhetens kyla. Trots att vi i Finland är vana vid kalla vintrar var lägenheten tyvärr alldeles för kall för en behaglig vistelse.

Vi hade en underbar vistelse här på detta Airbnb :) Lägenheten var härlig; belägen i ett lugnt område med allt vi behövde och mer därtill! Den var supersnabbt städad och endast en kort bussresa eller promenad från stadens centrum. Olof är en vänlig och lyhörd värd som svarade snabbt på alla våra frågor. Tack för en fantastisk vistelse!

Vi hade egentligen tänkt ta in på hotell, men valde istället att hyra via Air BnB och det kände vi oss väldigt, väldigt nöjda med. Området var lugnt, mysigt och låg väldigt nära tunnelbanestationen så det var enkelt att resa vidare i Stockholm. Lägenheten var smakfullt inrett och allt var i toppklass. Olof var väldigt professionell och vänlig i sitt bemötande och han fick oss verkligen att känna oss välkomnade.

House rules
HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
