Detta boende ligger bara några minuters promenad från tunnelbanestationen Bagarmossen, som kopplar oss direkt till Stockholms turistområden och monument, vilket gör platsen mycket tillgänglig. Det är beläget längre bort från centrum, vilket bidrar till en lugnare miljö utan stadens buller. Vi sov mycket gott tack vare de fina sängkläderna. Vi hade duschgel och rena handdukar till vårt förfogande, och allt var prydligt och rent. Varmvattnet kom snabbt och boendet är välsigt uppvärmt. Enda nackdelen var buller från grannskapet: stängande dörrar och högljudda röster … Vi rekommenderar absolut detta ställe!

Allt fungerade bra och lägenheten var enligt beskrivningen.
House rules
Only the number of people stated in booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. No external guests is permitted at any time during the stay. These rules are enforced by camera-survailence at the entrance-door. Any violation of number of guests or bringing external guests will result in immediate termination of the booking without any refunds.
Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00
Neighbours are quite sensitive to the noise levels in the apartment so parties and loud music is completely forbidden! You may be asked to move out of the apartment with no compensation of reimbursement if any complaints are filed.
Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful (this text only applies if there is physical keys).
After your stay:
Make sure to remove trash and dishes from tables etc
Remove the bedlinen from the bed and place them on the floor
Put all trash and bottles in separate plastic bags and place them by the door inside the apartment
Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee of €50.

If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
