Fin boende. Allt var superstädigt och hygieniskt. Vi hade bara några mindre problem med låset vid incheckningen. Och ventilationssystemet var en aning högljutt under nätterna. Överlag definitivt värt priset och beläget på en bra plats – mitt i ett livligt område men ändå lätt att nå med kollektivtrafik.

Lägenheten är mysig, ren och stämmer överens med beskrivningen. Vi följde instruktionerna och kunde checka in vid en tid som passade oss. Köket har de nödvändigaste redskapen och porslin. I badrummet vinglade duschkranen lite när den var igång, men i övrigt var allt bra. En särskild tacksamhet för den bekväma sängen och det fina sängkläderna. Lägenheten ligger i ett bostadsområde och det tar cirka 30-40 minuter med kollektivtrafik till centrum, även om busshållplatsen ligger nära.

House rules
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
