Trevlig vistelse, ärligt talat gick allt bra. Lägenheten var fin och ren, men tyvärr fanns det ingen TV, vilket var den enda nackdelen; annars gick allt superbra. Tack igen för att ni litade på oss.

Boendet uppskattade vi mycket. Endast i ett av rummen flimrade taklampan och det fanns ingen extra belysning. Annars fungerade allt utmärkt. Fantastiska madrasser. Vi saknade ingenting annat. Ja, man måste ta en buss en hållplats om man vill nå tågstationen och komma till allt, men eftersom bussarna går var femte minut är det inga problem. Det fanns ingen TV, men det var heller inte ett bekymmer för oss. Sammantaget var vi oerhört nöjda, och vi kan med gott samvete rekommendera lägenheten till alla som planerar ett besök i Stockholm och skulle boka detta boende igen när som helst.

Die Ankunft war Reibungslos und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war alles stets sauber und funktionsfähig. Aber leider ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig.Die Kommunikation war einfach und Elias stets höflich. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Superbe appartement situé à 10 min à pied des trains. En 25 minutes nous étions au coeur de Stockholm !
House rules
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
A) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
