Bra, rymligt, mysigt och bekvämt boende och nära till centrala Åre och Åresjön där det finns preparerat längdåkningsspår. Snabba svar på våra frågor.

Lägenheten i sig var väldigt bra. Stora och generösa utrymmen både gällande sovrum, vardagsrum och 2 stora balkonger.Det som vi hade att anmärka på var några småsaker som t.ex. en trasig (redan vid ankomst ) klädhängare i hallen som vi tycker borde ha fixats på en gång. Trasig skåplucka till tv-bänken. Vinglas saknades helt när vi kom men fixades efter några mejl fram och tillbaka. Bastudörren ( i glas) var skitig.Kommunikationen med värden kändes ganska opersonlig och mer AI-genererad.Tänk på att det är ca 15 min promenad till skidliften om man är här för att åka skidor. Kartan var lite missvisande. Lägenheten ligger lite längre bort från centrum än vad det ser ut.Men allt i allt hade vi en bra vistelse ett riktigt bra Åre!

Ren och fin lägenhet med alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter. Det är lite långt att gå till skidliften, men annars ett bra läge i ett lugnt och fridfullt område. Lite felaktig märkning på kartan i incheckningsdokumentet skapade viss förvirring kring exakt plats. I övrigt var instruktionerna klara och tydliga. Sammantaget mycket bra!

Mycket trevlig lägenhet bra beläget nära stationen och sjön. Negativt var tröga dörrar, smutsig ugn och att kommunikationen inte var personlig utan upplevdes AI-genererad och ibland felaktig. Men överlag var det toppen.

1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
3. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
8. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
9. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
10. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.

Cancallation policy
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel after that, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
