Vi hade en härlig vistelse i Andreas AirBnB. Nyckelöverlämningen var mycket enkel och okomplicerad, och lägenheten motsvarade verkligen bilderna. Vår enda kritik var att besticken saknades, vilket vi fick ordna på egen hand. Sammantaget är vi väldigt nöjda med AirBnB:en :)

Vi hade en riktigt trevlig vistelse på denna Airbnb. Lägenheten var ren och hade allt vi behövde, och värden var otroligt snabb med att svara och mycket hjälpsam. Vi skulle definitivt bo här igen.

Andreas var en utmärkt värd och kommunicerade mycket väl. Allt var tydligt och lätt att förstå. Lägenheten var ren och väl förberedd för gäster med fräscha sängkläder och handdukar. Jag kände mig som hemma. I köket fanns allt nödvändigt för att laga mat, inklusive diskmedelstabletter, trasor och soppåsar. Lägenhetens läge är mycket bra – bara 5–6 minuters promenad till tunnelbanan, lika lång väg till köpcentret, samt 5 minuter till Avici Arena och den andra tunnelbanestationen. Utmärkt förbindelser till stadens centrum och gamla stan. Jag kommer gärna tillbaka! Tack Andreas, jag hade en fantastisk vistelse!

Platsen var verkligen mysig och varm, jag trodde att det skulle vara svalare inomhus, och jag hade till och med packat mina varma strumpor – som jag inte använde en enda gång! Det är en vacker och privat plats att bo på☺️ Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera både värden och platsen☺️Tack!

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
