We recently stayed at this apartment with three people and unfortunately had a few issues during our stay. The sofa bed was broken and very difficult to set up. It was sunken in, uncomfortable, and only usable in the top bit and the rest have totally sunken or broken in. There were only two sets of towels provided, even though the booking was for three guests, and we had to search for an extra towel and bedding ourselves.
The toilet seat was broken during our stay. It wasn't securely attached to was a little challenging to use, just had to balance properly. One of the keys provided didn’t work, so we only had one functioning key between the three of us. The shower head holder was also broken, and the shower head didn’t fit securely into it, which made showering inconvenient.
On the positive side, the apartment was very clean and nicely presented on arrival. It is in a great location, quiet, close to the station, and easy to find.

It was a cozy space and having the heaters on was a great help due to the cold.However, we had to wash the bedding as it had remnants of something, was dirty, and stained. We sent photos to the host to show that we weren’t just making things up, and he quickly resolved the issue.The bed linens are pleasant, the bed is very comfortable, and overall it’s a very nice space with good amenities. It would have been even better if there was a television available for guests to enjoy while relaxing after a day of sightseeing.I chose this AirBnb with the intention of attending a concert, and it is only a 5-minute walk away – a perfect location.The curtains let light through, which may not be ideal for those who have trouble sleeping with light, especially since the sun rises very early in Stockholm.Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend it.

At first glance, the house appeared very charming and welcoming. We were given two keys for the apartment, but unfortunately, one of the keys was worn out. In fact, one of the nights we stayed there, we were locked out for an entire night and had to sleep on the building’s steps while waiting for the locksmith to come and replace the lock the next day.The kitchen stove did not function very well, which meant we ended up missing the chance to cook dinner because we assumed everything was working perfectly. When we contacted them, unfortunately, we did not receive much assistance.We arrived expecting the apartment to be fully equipped, but regrettably, some essentials were missing.We even had to go out and buy toilet paper since there was only half a roll available in the bathroom.Overall, we experienced several inconveniences given the price we paid and the way our stay was organized.Lastly, the living room was rather cold because the windows did not close completely.

1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
