Fin lägenhet, bra belägen med tunnelbanan bara 5 minuters promenad bort. Det är dock bäst att ta med varma kläder då det ibland kan vara kyligt i lägenheten. Köket saknar fönster, vilket kan vara lite opraktiskt när man lagar mat. Det finns ingen dörr som separerar sovrummet från övriga utrymmen i boendet. Det finns några problem med rörsystemet i badrummet, bland annat ett badkar som läcker. Lägenheten är dåligt isolerad, vilket gör att man ibland kan höra grannarna.

Trevlig plats att bo på för en helg eller några dagar. Rent och rymligt. Utmärkt läge, nära stadens centrum, tunnelbanestationer, restauranger och andra sevärdheter. Lyhörd och vänlig värd.

Fantastiskt läge, väldigt rent och lugnt - dock var svaren på meddelanden inte så snabba. Boendet var mycket bekvämt. Jag rekommenderar det varmt.

1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
A) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the host will be paid 50% for all nights.
If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the host will be paid 100% for all nights.
