Kommunikationen med ägarna var enkel och snabb. Fantastiskt läge, nära en busshållplats och med många intressanta platser inom gångavstånd. Lägenheten var fläckfri trots pågående arbeten i huset.Negativt: Sängarna var något för mjuka. Vi fick information om att temperaturen inte kunde regleras och skulle ligga mellan 18-21 grader, men den var i verkligheten betydligt högre, vilket i en av sovrummen utan fönster upplevdes som obekvämt. Köket är mycket grundläggande utrustat och skulle må bra av en renovering.

Positivt: Välplacerad lägenhet. Nära kollektivtrafik och närbutik Trevigt och lugnt område.Negativt: Observera att fönsterfogar i köket inte är helt täta, vilket leder till att kall luft tränger in i de andra utrymmena då det saknas en dörr till köket. Annars är lägenheten mycket funktionell.

Great stay in a wonderful countryPositivt: Huset är mycket fint med gott om utrymme. Vi var tre personer som bodde där, inklusive den bäddsoffa, och vi kände oss inte trångbodda eller instängda Smidig incheckningsprocess med koder till dörrarna skickade i god tid Snabba svar när frågor ställdes Skulle förmodligen boka igen om jag återvände till Stockholm i framtiden.Negativt: Begränsningarna för gäster i någon form kändes lite överdrivna. Jag förstår vikten av hänsynstagande gentemot de boende, men det borde vara en självklarhet utan att behöva tvingas Lägenheten ligger lite långt från centrum, men detta var tydligt från bokningstillfället. Inte ett klagomål, bara en observation.

Exakt vad jag letade efterPositivt: Rymligt, inbjudande och med en behaglig temperatur. Läget är perfekt, väldigt nära centrum och med en mataffär precis utanför dörren som står till tjänst när du behöver det.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
