We stayed at Elia's place for 10 days because we just moved to Stockholm and needed to stay in AirBnB before getting a permanent apartment. It is a very beautiful apartment, clean, and quiet, and you get all you need here. If the apartment has its own washing machine, it will be perfect for a long stay. However, you have a laundromat nearby so it is not supposed to be a problem. The apartment is on the highest floor (2nd floor), so make sure you don't have 10 luggage to bring since there is no elevator. I also love the location, because it is very close to the supermarket (ICA and Lidle), bus station, tram station, train station, and metro station, and even closer to the government offices like the tax agency and migration office.
To conclude, it is the best place to stay and Elias is very responsive and always quickly replies to my message. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to live not that far from the city center, station.

Gorgeous apartment just minutes away from the Sundbyberg centrum T-Bana stop. The apartment was exactly as listed. Each room was pristine, beautifully decorated and spacious. It had all the amenities that we could possibly need during our short stay. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was a very cozy place to sit and chat.
One small thing to note is that you need to climb a spiral staircase up a few flights in order to reach the apartment. This was totally fine for us but could be tricky for anyone with mobility issues.
Overall, it was a very lovely stay & I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Stockholm.

This flat is a lovely place to stay in Stockholm! The flat was modern, stylish and comfortable, with all new furniture and freshly painted.
The two double bedrooms were comfortable, light and well designed, the kitchen was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom (which had a bath and shower)
All the check-in instructions, house rules and check-out information was provided promptly, and we had quick responses to messages if we needed anything from Elias.
The area was quiet, within a quick walk of the nearest tube stop and a supermarket very near the flat, stocking a variety of food and drinks. There are also a few bars and restaurants in the are, but we didn't have time to explore these much!
Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!
House rules
1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
a) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
