Mina vänner och jag upplevde en svår situation under den sista natten av vår vistelse, då vi oavsiktligt blev låsta utanför lägenheten på grund av ett problem med den digitala nyckeln som Andreas tillhandahöll. Under de tre timmar vi stod utanför mitt i natten fick vi tyvärr inget svar på våra upprepade meddelanden från värden, vilket tvingade oss att kontakta Airbnbs kundtjänst. De var hjälpsamma, även om de inte kunde lösa problemet eftersom dörren endast öppnas med den digitala nyckeln som av misstag hade en utgångstid satt sju timmar före utcheckning. Boendet var i övrigt bra, men vid incheckningen saknades filtar och linneduk, vilket senare kom levererat av städpersonalen under den andra dagen av vistelsen. Med tanke på denna händelse, som jag verkligen hoppas att ingen annan behöver uppleva, känner jag mig tveksam till att rekommendera uthyrningsbyrån Guestit som verkar via Airbnb.

Appartamentet var väldigt rent och prydligt.Värden var orolig att vi skulle frysa om natten (i början av februari), men i verkligheten är lägenheten alltid varm och bekväm.Det är mycket enkelt att gå in och ut, och området är mycket praktiskt, fullt av användbara tjänster, och bara 2 minuters promenad från tunnelbaneingången. Jag skulle definitivt återvända.

Les points + : le logement est vraiment très joli. Tout le nécessaire pour y séjourner pendant plusieurs jours et découvrir la ville.C’est très spacieux, confortable. La communication avec Andreas est très bonne, il est très réactif. Très accessible en transports (à quelques minutes de la station de métro).Vraiment le logement est très très bien. Les points - : la wifi ne fonctionne pas vraiment, dans les instructions beaucoup de pression pour ne pas faire le moindre bruit et cela freine un peu (même si nous sommes un groupe calme, nous nous sommes sentis restreint au niveau du logement car même faire un jeu de société peut être considéré comme du bruit). Et je trouve que c’est pas tout prêt du coeur de la ville.Et un seul jeu de clé pour un groupe, je trouve cela un peu contraignant également.Et la machine à café ne fonctionne pas

Logement très bien placé pour visiter Stockholm avec métro et bus à proximité.Quartier calme et agréable avec des supérettes fermant tard permettant de se ravitailler très facilement.L’appartement était confortable pour une famille de 5 personnes, propre et aménagé avec goût. Nous recommandons !

1. Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
A) Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
