Lägenheten är vacker, precis som på bilderna. Jag kände att jag fick uppleva ett svenskt liv med dämpad belysning och en varm inredning. Dessutom var det väldigt skönt under den veckolånga vistelsen att ha en rymlig lägenhet med ett inbjudande kök. Byggnaden är väldigt lugn och rummen vetter mot en innergård. Inga störande ljud – det var perfekt. Ur ett praktiskt perspektiv låg busshållplatsen för bussar från flygplatsen (flyxbus och flygbusvarna), mataffären, tunnelbanan samt restauranger och caféer (för fika) bara några steg bort, vilket var mycket praktiskt. Området är också mycket charmigt och nära både centrum och Gamla stan. Olof var uppmärksam och besvarade våra frågor inom några minuter, vilket vi uppskattade mycket.Jag skulle gärna återvända till denna Airbnb. Jag rekommenderar den till 100 procent.Observera att det är en lugn familjelägenhet.

Det fanns mycket positivt om detta boende men själva lägenheten behöver en ordentlig renovering.Det var nära till tunnelbanan och restaurangerDet finns många butiker i området och det går fort att ta sig till Centrum Men själva lägenheten var verkligen behov av renovering.Alla golven knarrar så mycket att man vaknar om någon går upp på natten.Det fanns ingen TV och när jag påtalade det fick jag svar att det inte stod beskrivet i annonsen. Men vem har inte TV 2025?Väldigt krångligt att beställa boendet med kopior på pass på alla gäster osv.

The apartment is generally nice and the neighborhood is great.The kitchen has the basics - but not more - and things are pretty old and worn. Don’t plan on cooking much yourself. Note that there is no ”Olaf”. Everything is run through an agency. They will ask for ID copies and if you need anything extra they will ask for payment outside AirBnB. For a while I was afraid it was a scam but eventually things turned out fine. Somewhat mixed impression but now when knowing what to expect I might come back. Again, the neighborhood is good, the apartment ok, and good value for money.

We were families traveling with toddlers and found the property's location convenient, close to city center with shops and restaurants nearby. The nearest metro station is 5min walk away. Checkin was easy, but the offline house rules are too restrictive.The house is old but has been renovated internally. Reaching the small lift requires navigating about 10 stairs from the entrance. The property had basic amenities, some improvements are required. There was no gas lighter to use with the oven, kitchen tissues were not provided. The WiFi connectivity was horrible, working halfway across the hall due to thick walls. Despite raising issues the response was limited to acknowledgment by the agency, with no effort to resolve it.Some of the promised amenities, such as salt, pepper, oil were missing, which felt like false marketing commitments. Cooking utensils and crockeries could benefit from upgrades. Heating was inadequate, which was concerning given we stayed with toddlers.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
