Fastän boendet motsvarade beskrivningen och incheckningsinstruktionerna var tydliga och hjälpsamma, upplevde jag att grannarna på övervåningen ibland var ganska högljudda med frekventa stampande ljud under udda tider (efter middagen och tidigt på morgonen). Jag nämner detta eftersom det fanns en särskild husregel om att upprätthålla en lugn miljö för boende, med böter för dem som inte följer den.<br><br>Dessutom kunde sängkläderna och madrasserna förbättras. Det var lite besvärligt att komma upp mellan de två sängarna, då de tenderade att röra sig isär, vilket påverkade komforten.

En fantastisk plats att bo på. Mycket mysig och Elias var en mycket lyhörd värd!<br>En snabb spårvagnstur eller en lätt promenad från Göteborgs centrum! Stället är mysigare än vad bilderna visar och vi kände oss som hemma direkt!<br>Spårvagnarna som passerar kan vara lite högljudda, men ingenting som inte öronproppar kan åtgärda för den som sover lätt.<br>Vi skulle gärna bo här igen!

Great location. Tram stop nearby. Warm and welcoming. I like the fact that you don't need a key. <br>The bed topper was comfortable but i kept rolling into the middle of the bed which wasn't good for my back. Very clean. Great shower! Would stay again.

I would definitely recommend Elias place which is a lovely charming property from 18th century with modern facilities. What is said in the listing is accurate. Clean, fresh, bright and airy. <br><br>Just a note though: <br>If one is sound-sensitive / have tinnitus, the sounds from the surrounding environment may affect one.
