A lovely, charming apartment in a building from 1780. Everything was clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, with a pastry shop, restaurants and a jazz bar right outside. It was a bit of extra hassle to sign a separate lease (outside Airbnb) and there was an additional fee for late check-out (set at 10 AM, quite early), but overall I’m satisfied. Would happily return.

I had a fantastic stay at Elias' place. He was quite the helpful and communicative host. Check-in and check-out went smoothly thanks to his detailed instructions and photos. The home is unique and cozy. It was easy to feel at home. The location is quaint and quiet, yet very accessible. I used public transportation easily. I walked to - and thoroughly enjoyed - the amazing museum that is basically across the street. I recommend this hidden gem to anyone coming to the Gothenburg area. I know I'll stay here when I come back if it's available!

Picturesque lodging, an old house with no right angles at all. It is located right by Stigberget, with several great restaurants within walking distance.
House rules
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
