This is a fantastic apartment that’s only a couple steps away from the local tram station which allows you to travel everywhere in Gothenburg. It is extremely neat, clean and a beautiful place. You also have a variety of beautiful restaurants a few steps away and a local supermarket.
I stayed when the cold spell hit Sweden and it was lovely and warm inside. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything I needed. The complex is safe and the door locks are extremely handy and safe.
You have no problems in checking in as the instructions are clear and concise and the beds and sofas are very comfortable.
10/10 would really recommend.

beaucoup de messages générés par des machines. très impersonnel.
sinon, l'appartement est tres joli mais pas très fonctionnel (un lampadaire extérieur eclaire la chambre à coucher toute la nuit sans store). obligé de mettre une serviette de bain. également
forte odeur d'égout à l arrivée et aucune solution proposée.

4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
