Vi uppskattade verkligen vår vistelse i denna historiska lägenhet. Det är en kombination av gammalt och nytt, där den mysiga originalkaraktären från den äldre byggnaden möter moderna bekvämligheter som värme, persienner samt ett modernt kök och badrum. Läget är fantastiskt med många trevliga platser inom bekvämt promenadavstånd.

2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
