The flat is decorated and furnished with care. Location is very good, close to underground station, bus from airport stops there as well, and even walkable to city center in you like a 30 min walk. I had difficulty to use the passkey to enter the flat but the help was prompt and in 5-10 min everything resolved, its good to feel they are available to help immediately.

Olof's place is a nice find in Stockholm. Excellent location and 10 mins from Gamla Stan. very conveniently located to the metro station. the apartment is huge and well maintained. Although the apartment was not cleaned when we checked in, Olof's team was quick to rectify it. Check in is smooth with digital keys. Overall would highly recommend this apartment for anybody looking for a getaway in Stockholm

The flat is very good and clean. Location is also good and close to the tube. Flat is managed by a company and they are responsive. Check in was easy and contactless. However the instructions to close the fort is not very clear as it could be. You need to close the door, lock in the app and then spin the thing in the door.
The only negative point was that the bathroom key was getting stuck and it happens with me and my friend during our stay. This should be fixed as soon as possible to prevent any more incidents like this.
House rules
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
