The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but very close to a bus stop and metro station so 10/15 mins to reach central Stockholm. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped. We enjoyed our four night stay.
However, our experience was soured by communication with the management company (we did not communicate with Fredrik but rather a series of employees of the management company). They asked us to to enter our information (names, passport details, photos) through a third party website, rather than the AirBNB platform. We said we were not comfortable doing this, so sent this info to them through the platform instead. They insisted we had to use the third party website to get check in details. This is against AirBNB Ts&Cs and it was only after we informed them of this and that we'd raised with AirBNB that they provided the check-in details.
Despite this being a good apartment, we wouldn't stay here again due to the approach taken by the management company.

It is a very cozy apartment with a balcony, where you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, allowing you to easily prepare meals. It takes just under 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. A bus stop is located almost right outside the door. With these public transit options, almost anywhere in Stockholm is easily accessible. There is a small supermarket at the subway station where you can buy groceries. We lacked nothing and would definitely come back.

Fredrik was a great host and responded quickly. The apartment was exactly as pictured and a great location, only about a 5 minute walk to the tube station or directly opposite the bus stop

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
1. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges may apply.
