Underbar vistelse för oss under fyra dagar för att upptäcka staden! Boendet var mycket trevligt, men det var synd att det ligger lite utanför centrum – det hade varit enklare med en bil eftersom vi använde Uber flitigt för att besöka flera platser på vår lista, särskilt på kvällen när vi kom tillbaka från barer/restauranger. Jag hade lite svårt att använda köket, men Olof var alltid tillgänglig för att förklara. Allt var felfritt och vi tackar för ert varma välkomnande! Om vi fick chansen att göra om det skulle vi gärna komma tillbaka, toppen!

Additional identification and information may be requested upon booking.
1. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
2. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by an exterior surveillance camera located outside the entrance. There is also a decibel monitor inside the property. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a security guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law. If there are signs of smoking after checkout you will be charged up to 5000 sek in cleaning fees.
4. Treat the property with care and respect. Our neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
5. Pets are not allowed on the property.
6. Check-in starts from 15h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11h00 at the latest.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Loss of keys means we need to change locks to a cost of 2000 SEK, so please be careful
9. Ensure all dishes are washed and garbage disposed of as instructed in the property's check-in details before departure. Failure to follow the checkout instructions and/or leaving the apartment exceedingly dirty will render an additional fee.
