Fin plass for noen dager, litt lite men enkelt. Har det man trenger: dusj,kjøkken og seng. Kommer garantert tilbake ved en senere anledning :)

Mysig liten lägenhet precis vid backen. Lägenheten ligger på våning 1 och backen nås från våning 4. Från tågstationen kan bergbanan tas en station upp. Den är gratis på kvällarna.
Madrassen var ganska tunn och det saknades mörka rullgardiner, vilket gjorde det väldigt ljust, även på kvällen när gatlampan sken in. Kryddor saknades så detta rekommenderas att ta med om ni vill laga middagar.
Annars väldigt fräscht, lugnt och mysigt. Perfekt ett par dagar för två personer.

Great location. Not the most comfortable bed in the world but it worked for me. Lots of noise comes through the walls and windows, but if it’s quiet around it’s ok. Clean, and exactly as it is described otherwise.

HOUSE RULES
1. Additional identification and information is requested upon booking.
2. Respect the quiet hours between 22h00 to 08h00, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Check-in starts from 16h00 onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10h00 at the latest.
4. Only the number of people stated in the booking are allowed to stay in the property. No parties, larger gatherings, or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. These rules are enforced by camera surveillance at the entrance door and a decibel monitor. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the dispatch of a Securitas guard to your residence to ensure silence, this will be a cost of approximately 3000 sek that will be charged to your reservation.
5. Treat the property with care and respect. The neighbors are part of our community, so please be considerate of them as well.
6. Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Personal items left on the premises are not the responsibility of the host.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on balconies, and within 15 meters of the building entrance, in compliance with Swedish law.
Fee for smoking: 5000 sek
9. If keys are lost, additional charges will apply:
- A fee of 2000 kr will be charged for the lost key and service.
- Replacing the lock will incur a fee of 4000 kr.
10. Checkout Instructions: All dishes must be washed, garbage disposed of, and used linen and towels collected and placed inside the apartment near the entrance door. Failure to follow these instructions or leaving the apartment excessively dirty will result in additional charges.
Fee for leaving dirty dishes: 200 SEK
Fee for not collecting used linen and towels: 200 SEK
Fee for not properly preparing the property for checkout: additional cleaning charges will apply.
By accepting and signing, you are agreeing to follow our house rules. Any violations of these rules will be reported and may result in an immediate cancellation without a refund for your stay.
